Dayliff DSS 2

Dayliff DSS 2 Submersible pumps are designed specifically for supplying water from boreholes. Our Dayliff DSS 2 pump models include DSS 2/13, DSS 2/18, DSS 2/23, DSS 2/33, DSS 2/45, and DSS 2/65.

Features of Dayliff DSS 2

Multistage Impeller Design: Includes a multistage impeller design with all pump components made of stainless steel and water-lubricated rubber bearings.

A submersible motor is incorporated beneath the pump, and suction is effected through a strainer between the pump and motor.

Motor

The pump is powered by a high-quality, 2-pole asynchronous squirrel-cage motor, which is liquid-cooled and sealed for long-lasting performance.

Pump Protection: for single-phase motors, a Dayliff SCM Control Box should be used. It protects the pump from overload, dry runs, and voltage fluctuation.

For three-phase motors, a remote DOL (direct on line) starter is required. A Dayliff SCT controller is ideal for protection of the pump against low-level, motor overload, and power surges.
